How much is your carmel cutter in US dollars? Should I buy a special cutting board to use when I cut the carmel?

Answer: Based on a 1 € for 1,10 USD rate, the price would be about 260 USD. This item is quite heavy so the shipping costs would be quite important. For caramels, usually use a slighlty oiled marble surface.

Are the blades adjustable in width?

Answer: This item is supplied with several separators of 2 cm, 1 cm and 0,5 cm so that you can adjust the distance between the blades according to your use.
